Process of Form
When approaching the design of the form to represent my data center, I drew inspiration from hostile architecture utilized to mark redhiocative waste.
These are structures designed to serve as a visual language for future generations, to indicate messages such as “danger” or “do not enter”.
This informed the design behind my form. When sketching, my goal was to achieve a mix of a traditional data center and version of “hostile architecture” while still remaining abstract.
